Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Course Enrollment and Payment

Once a student has enrolled in a course and payment has been successfully processed, the student is granted access to course materials and services associated with the course. Enrollment fees are non-transferable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:

• Course Cancellation: If the academy cancels a course before it begins, you will receive a full refund of the enrollment fee.
• Inability to Attend: If you are unable to attend the course due to personal or medical reasons, you may request a refund within 4-7 working days of the course start date. A partial refund (minus an administrative fee) may apply.
• Technical Issues: If you experience ongoing technical issues that prevent you from accessing course materials despite following the provided troubleshooting steps, you may be eligible for a refund or alternative arrangements, subject to verification by our technical support team.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our support team at support@pranithanaturals.com or through your student portal. Please include the following information in your request:

• Full name
• Course name and start date
• Reason for refund request

Refunds will be processed within 2 working days , and you will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Course materials (e.g., books, software licenses)
• Membership fees for workshops, events, or any additional services
• Fees paid for live or on-demand sessions once attended or downloaded
• Any services or items that have been used or consumed

5. Exchange and Transfer

6. Refunds to Credit Cards

If you paid for the course with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card account. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

7. Policy Changes
